1. Eligibility
Customers may return items within 14 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase is provided.

- Opened cosmetics, skincare, or hygiene items
- Digital or downloadable products
- Gift cards and sale items
3. Return Process
- Contact shop@shop.kishi.group with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide return instructions and confirmation.
- Once inspected, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
