How is shipping calculated for my order?

Shipping fees depend on the delivery address, total order weight, and selected courier. Within Baku, standard delivery usually costs between 5 – 10 AZN. For orders above a certain amount, delivery may be free.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your order from your KISHI Shop account under "My Orders".

Do you ship outside Azerbaijan?

At the moment, we deliver only within Azerbaijan. International shipping options will be available soon.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact. Certain products (such as perfumes or cosmetics opened for use) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How do I request a refund?

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@shop.kishi.group with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and confirm next steps.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is approved and the item is received by us, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.

Coupons & Discounts

Can I use my coupon online?

Yes, you can apply your coupon code at checkout to receive a discount. Please make sure the code is valid and has not expired.

Do you offer in-store discounts?

Online and in-store promotions may differ. Follow our Instagram @kishi.shop for exclusive offers and discounts.

Can I combine multiple coupons?

Only one coupon code can be used per order. Some promotions may not be combined with other offers.
